We’re opening up our brand-new Gorse Café at Comrie Croft and we’re looking for friendly, hardworking folk to help us bring it to life this season!
Whether you're a seasoned barista, a whizz in the kitchen, or just love making people feel welcome, we’ve got a spot for you. You’ll be working in a stunning location just outside the village of Comrie, surrounded by trails, wildflower meadows, and the buzz of outdoor life.
The roles
We’re hiring for several positions:
Baristas – coffee lovers who can pour a cracking flat white and chat to customers with a smile.
Front of House – warm, welcoming people to take orders, serve up delicious food, and keep the café space tidy and inviting.
Back of House – organised and efficient types who enjoy prepping and plating food behind the scenes.
Kitchen Porters – the unsung heroes who keep everything clean, running smoothly, and everyone smiling.
You’ll be working as part of a small, supportive team where everyone pitches in and gets stuck in. It’s a fast-paced environment but with good vibes, laughs, and fresh air.

We’ve got a strong community feel and are big believers in doing things sustainably and with heart. Gorse Café is our new venture, showcasing locally sourced, seasonal food that fuels people for their adventures – and makes them want to come back for more.
What we’re looking for
A positive attitude and team spirit
Willingness to muck in wherever needed
Experience in hospitality is a bonus but not essential – we can teach the skills if you’ve got the right energy
Must be available to work weekends and holidays (we're busiest when others are off!)

Seasonal Campsite Warden

A seasonal lifestyle opportunity with accommodation for an individual or couple who love camping, the outdoors & people
Eco Camping at Comrie Croft is a wild style adventure, with camp fires, woods, meadows and nature, but also hot showers and nice facilities. We aim to create a peaceful, relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy. There are 70 tent pitches dispersed through our woods and meadow areas, with restricted vehicle access. Plus 5 campervan pitches.
Is this you?
A confident, hard-working and uber-friendly people person, you can also lay down the law if necessary! You enjoy physical work, nature and maintaining high standards. You genuinely care about people and the environment. You are happy to live onsite and work every second weekend.
The role could be split between a couple or two friends. There may also be seasonal work available in our café if you’d like to apply as a couple.
Roles and responsibilities
Much of the time you’ll be working individually and will take responsibility for the campsite, with support from the Comrie Croft team. At busy times you’ll be joined by our year-round campsite manager and warden. Full on the job training will be provided.
Apply the personal touch and attention to detail to exceed customer expectations and ensure smooth running of the campsite alongside Comrie Croft’s other small enterprises
Clean and service nordic katas (family sized glamping tent/cabins)
Clean and service the campsite facilities (toilets, showers, washing up areas etc)
Keep the site in good condition, safe and clear of litter
Monitor waste and recycling, ensuring the bin areas are kept clean and tidy
Assist with general site maintenance including grass-cutting, path and drain maintenance, etc
Talk to and assist guests to make the best of their stay
‘On Call’ 2 nights per week and every second weekend: which means being the emergency contact/assistance and doing two half hour evening walk rounds and facility checks, the second one at 11pm also ensuring that quiet time is observed
Working days and times
We are looking for someone to start at the beginning of May and work until mid-late October, 35 hours a week.
Benefit package
£12.60/hr basic pay
13.5% end of season accrued holiday pay bonus
Comfortable private accommodation for two included (large mobile home with two bedrooms, living room/kitchen)
